Lateral epicondylitis

This is one of the most common causes of elbow pain, associated with overuse of the extensor tendons of the forearm at their attachment site on the outer side of the elbow. It usually manifests as pain on the outer side of the elbow, which may radiate into the forearm and worsen when lifting objects, rotating the arm, or clenching the fist. Although this condition is called “tennis elbow,” it is also common among non-athletes people.
