EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 2004 - graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Vilnius University, obtained professional qualification of anaesthesiologist-resuscitator
• 2007 Fellow of Interventional Pain Practice, World Institute of Pain
• In 2021, she defended her PhD in Medicine at Vilnius University

 

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

• Since 2004 she has been working at Vilnius University Hospital, Santaros Clinics
• Since 2006 she has been an academic at Vilnius University
• Over 20 years of experience in pain medicine
• He is continuously improving his qualifications: he has completed internships in pain clinics in the USA, the Netherlands, Sweden, and has participated in training courses in the basics of pain medicine, neurological diagnostics, interventional pain management, intrathecal analgesia, spinal cord stimulation, cryodenervation, vertebroplasty, intradiscal decompression, peripheral electrical nerve stimulation in Italy, Belgium, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Lithuania, Germany and the Netherlands.
• Organizer and speaker at regular international (International Symposium Pain in the Baltics, International Baltic Congress of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care) and national scientific conferences, trainings
• He is actively involved in the development of pain medicine in Lithuania and is a member of working groups and societies in this field (Association of Pain Clinics, Lithuanian Society of Anaesthesiologists and Anaesthesiologists).
